Culinary Programs
Do you have a passion for creating delicious meals or tasty pastries? At Tec-Voc, we offer two full vocational programs that will prepare you for a career in culinary arts or pastry arts. Our programs give students the opportunity to find their cuisine niche and get creative! As a student in either of these programs, you also have the opportunity to be a part of fun events around the school such as Soup Wars, Farm & Fair or Fine Dining; these events are not only fun for you, the student but are also well anticipated by staff all year round!
Level 1 Apprenticeship is offered in the Culinary Arts program.

The Baking & Pastry Arts program gives you the opportunity to explore baking as a possible career. Through working in a professional setting, you will become familiar with many of the environments in the hospitality or service industry.

The Culinary Arts program gives students an opportunity to work alongside experienced culinary instructors, learning the hands-on skills that chefs use every day. The program offers a fast-paced environment, the freedom to be creative, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Post-high studies are available for students who are under the age of 21 in the following areas; Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts.
